Why do I get "authentication failed" when I try to login? |

a) Your campus card has not yet been registered for library use. New and replacement cards must be registered at a circulation desk to work. The process only takes a few minutes. You can do this at MacKimmie Library or any branch circulation desk. c) You have expired as an active Student, Staff or Faculty at the University of Calgary. Please contact the Circulation Desk at the following Libraries to check your status:
