How do I book the Syndicate Rooms?
Syndicate Rooms must be booked online through the link below:

Who can book a Syndicate Room?
Only HSB undergraduate students can book Syndicate Rooms.

How do I get into the Syndicate Rooms?
Once you activate it, your student card gives you access to these rooms.

The Registration Office is in SH 358 on the 3rd floor of Scurfield Hall next to the Dean’s office.
Office hours are from 8:30am-12:00 and 1:30-4:30pm, M-F, except for Wednesday mornings.

Who do I contact if there is a problem with the Syndicate Rooms?
To report any problems with the rooms, please go to SH 358 during office hours.  To report serious concerns after hours, call Campus Security at (403) 220-5333.
