Conditions of Booking

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your booking, other users are entitled to the timeslot you have booked.
The Room Booking User Name and Password is your UCIT username and password (webmail, AirUC, IT Computer Labs). The Learning Commons staff may ask to see the user's ID card.
Collaborative workrooms may be booked by students, faculty and staff of the University of Calgary. They can be booked for the week following today's date.
The rooms can be booked for periods of 1 or 2 hours on any one day. Bookings are made on the hour. You are limited to booking a total of 3 hours in a 7 day period in the Collaborative Workrooms.
If you are unable to use your room booking please remember to cancel it before the booked time so that another person may book the room. By doing so, the time will not be counted against your weekly allotment of bookable time.

Workrooms may be booked for 3 hours in any one calendar week.
TFDL workrooms between 11 pm and 8 am students will be asked to sign in at the service desks and to provide valid U of C ID.
No hot food is allowed in the TFDL workrooms (food and beverage policy).
Workrooms are for academic use only (acceptable use policy).
