Coaching Experience

Excalibur is a national human resource case study competition, which typically features over 20 Universities from coast-to-coast. Coaching begins with recruiting dozens of HR student and then running an intensive selection procedure, where three candidates are chosen. After this, there is intensive twice-weekly coaching (8 hours per week, plus) for four months, including a practice competition with local HR leaders. Finally, the HR students are escorted to a full weekend, cross-Canada HR competition in Montreal. The University of Calgary students have performed very well.
